October is the best time to talk to general public about aging and longevity

Scientific and social activities related to longevity will increase throughout the month of October, proclaimed Longevity Month.

They culminate with two simultaneous international conferences, one in Brussels from September 29th to October 1st, the Eurosymposium on Healthy Ageing and the other at Stanford University (California) from September 30th to October 2nd, the Conference of International Society on Aging and Disease (ISOAD).

October 1st has been declared International Day of Older Persons by the United Nations. This day has become, by extension, the International Day of Longevity. This day international activities related to the fight against aging will be organized in many countries: Longevitists of the world, unite!
